Friday the 23rd could either be known as an outstanding day in India’s World Cup campaign or it could be thought of as a day as inauspicious as Friday the 13th! Unfortunately, it does have the same ring and sound to it! Without sounding defeatist, one has to acknowledge that the task facing India is an uphill one with Sri Lanka looking in World Cup-winning form.
India’s batting has come good in the previous match but that was a Bermuda bowling attach without the fire that Chaminda Vaas, Muttiah Muralitharan, Lasith Malinga and Fervez Maharoof will come with. And then there’s the small matter of an in-form Sanath Jayasuriya and Kumara Sangakkara.
India has a few things to sort out before the match. They have already tried two opening partnerships with neither coming good. For a big match like this, though, the decision will not be easy. There will be the temptation of pushing up Tendulkar to open with Ganguly but his batting down the order against Bermuda was inspirational to say the least. Opening with Uthappa will offer some more leniency down the order, but India will need a good start whether they bat first or second.
Which brings us to another major problem: bat first or second? The easiest option will be to lose the toss and not have to make the decision. But should India win the toss, batting second would give India a better chance on two fronts. One, they can use the early morning pitch and second, have an exact idea of what to do when they bat.
It is important for India, though, to go into the match with a positive frame of mind keeping in mind recent successes against the Sri Lankans. Unfortunately, these were achieved against a team without Murali or Vaas. And Jayawardene was also out of form then. All these things have changed and India has a much tougher task ahead. Are they up to it?
The big three of Tendulkar, Dravid and Ganguly need to score and India has to ensure early wickets whether they bowl first or second. Sounds simple and all the theories and plans will now need to be put to test. Today could well be the day when India is either sent packing back home or kickstarts their campaign. Let’s not even worry about the Bermuda versus Bangladesh match.

This world cup for all it will be,might still be unfortunately best remembered for Woolmer’s murder. It is mind boggling in any sports to have a coach killed in an international event after a match let alone World Cup!
So if his death is now being linked to suspicious activities associated with the Pak - Ireland game, suspicions should also rest on how on that same night India lost to Bangladesh? These dark clouds need to be cleared first before India starts looking at its cricketing future.
Clearly after Woolmer, any non Indian coach will be turned off from a coaching job not just for Pak but possibly even India (again the unexplained nexus).
While the Pak cricket is on verge of disaster, India is not far behind and may already be suffering from a far serious state of affairs than seen on the surface.
Team India we will cry for you.

World Cup-2007
The main and important point when we come on cricket ground is:
· In case of toss:
Here we have cleverer to achieve good position rather than our opposite team will get that chance. Completing knowing about what kind of pitch is and whether that pitch is better for bat first or to field first and time is of morning or evening. All details is kept with us when captain stand on field for toss.
On that time we have to show our cleverness and smartness and luckiness eagerness against the opposite team.
· In case of batting:
Here we have to see whether we played with challengeable team or not. If we played with challengeable team than we design batting order in such a way that our starting batsman’s means first two will achieve some runs like at least above 100 runs from them only however in any situation, means they have to bound to do it so, by chance if not possible than this comes on just other player who go.
And the most important thing is that no need to think about 4 or 6, please make run by rotating the strikes. I am again saying this word please rotate the strikes. And in between we like to make shorts than see beautiful ball which crazy you for make a good run and which come to the bat only than you can explode that ball to maximum run.
And score will make this that within 5th to 6th down our score will become 270 to 290 always. Than it is easy to make score other below down players and I make sure that the will explorer than score to most extent, this is my challenge to you. If it is tougher to make run than please rotate strike and please always refresh the score and this will make your mind and strength refresh and your all strain, which always make in ground will be disable, really. And always eye contact between both players which on ground for bat. Please if time is required both of them talk more and give decision to each other and take decision from each other, don’t shy for senior and junior like this systems. This is a game so please encourage each other.
· In case of balling:
Here we have to send that bowler first who thrill the first two batsman of opposite team. No need of wanting wickets at first but if inject thrill in them all the game of ours than. If we get the wicket so no problem but starter bowler come in field without thinking that you have to take wicket in first over. It is unto you only how torture the batsman. You can bounce the ball or break the body of batsman or break the wickets through your balling. It is surely on your, who is starter. I am talking first 10 over please send to good bowler to ball and please don’t think you have to take more and more wicket, but please think that you have to throw good ball, every ball on line, thrill the batsman, injured the batsman, bounce the ball, pick the weak point and damage that point badly, so fast and furious the ball that batsman no detect and the ball straight way stuck the wicket. Means you have to mad the batsman with your ball. Wickets will automatically yours. Don’t give such a room that batsman take the chance of crack shorts. You have to puzzle there to batsman. Show the cleverness, smartness. And in last 5 over will be continuous with good bowlers who have sense of humor in them, because in last moment opposite batsman will strike the ball in madness way, there good bowlers know the position where to ball, means if batsman come step up and kick the ball the bowler have to throw slow delivery like this sense of humor we required in ending of match.
· In case of fielding:
Please this is very big job which done by all members of team equally. You have to full aggressively, determinant again the game, cricket is your worship and please devote the cricket, and please care about your country, please take the responsibility to yourself against the game. Field like the ball makes no way to go through you. Come stopper like for every ball. If you does like this batsman will disgust from batting and may he get out. Run faster then tiger come across ball like elephant, thrill batsman like he come to hell like proposal.
